Monthly Budget Planner

As soon as you start spending your own money, it is time to start tracking your spending so that you can create and follow a personal budget. Keeping track of the expense, is the best way to find out exactly where your money is going as now a days people dont use a physical notebook, so we have to keep save our records as online notebook.. There is way to keep track of your finances, especially your cash, with a notebook and a pen. But it is always not possible to carry with, So why do not you think a better way? Yes we do have a solution for you. In SpanMyLife Monthly Budget Planner section you can easily keep save your monthly expenses and it is separately divide by nine sections like Income, Home/Utilities, Food/Groceries , Entertainment, Transport, Education, Medical, Insurance/Investment and Personal/Others. You can add your amount category wise. To add your records here are the steps to follow.

Step 1:

Login to SpanMyLife platform using your login email. On successful Login, you will get your SpanMyLife home page which looks as below.


Step 2:

Click on Monthly Budget Planner on left side nav bar. It will show all task management options. Please follow the serene below.


Step 3:

Click the Monthly Budget Planner option on above screen. It will load Monthly Budget Planner. Please refer below screen.


Step 4:

To add records in your Monthly Budget Planner. this instruction need to be followed. There are two sections, one is for saving source of income records and other is for expenses. By clicking Add icon add your income records in income section and by clicking Add new expense icon add your expense records in expense section. Please refer below screen. You can also Edit and Delete records based on your needs.
