Meeting Calendar

In todays corporate life meeting is taking a vital responsibility to discuss with your colleagues, employees, subordinates or personnel. But scheduling a meeting by going through your email account is little bit complicated and time consuming. SpanMyLife team offer you a very useful and user friendly section Meeting Calendar. You can schedule meeting yourself and send to your colleagues and friends, also you can check your received mail sent by other. you can set a reminder mail in this calendar. Here I will show you how it works. It is very simple.

Step 1:

Login to SpanMyLife platform using your login email. On successful login, you will get your SpanMyLife home page which looks as below.

Step 2:

Click on Task and Reminder on left side nav bar. It will show all task management options.Please follow the screen below.

Step 3:

Click the Meeting Calendar option on above screen. It will load Meeting Calendar Page. Please refer below screen.

Step 4:

Here are two sections: one is Meeting organized by me and other is Received meeting invite. In first section it will show your own scheduled meeting and in second section it will show how many meeting invites you have received by others. So to schedule a meeting you have to fill these records and hit the Send invite button as shown below. Please remember you can add maximum 5 Email Id for other attendee for one record addition. And also you can edit or delete records based on your needs.
