Event Expense Tracker

Make sure before access Event finance tracker you have to create a new event in the Dashboard section in such a way like an online notebook.. We are all hurry the budget of an event. After expenses you can easily calculate your budget filling the input field. So you can find how much you have spent for the particular event.

Below steps will help you to calculate your finance tracking in SpanMyLife platform.

Step 1:

Login to SpanMyLife platform using your login email. On successful login, you will get your SpanMyLife home page which looks as below.


Step 2:

Click on Social Engagement on the third nav bar. It will show all Events, Apartment Maintenance & Wedding options. Please follow the sereen below.


Step 3:

Click the Event Finance Tracker on the above screen. A new pop-up window will open with a drop-down field. Please refer the below screen.


Step 4:

After selecting the drop-down field, click the Go to event finance tracker button. Then it will load event finance tracker plan whatever you have added. Please refer below screen.


Step 5:

To adding event expenses you need to fill details on the appropriate field. Please refer below screen. You can also Edit and Delete records based on your needs. Please refer the below screen.
