Address Book

An address book is a database that stores names, addresses and other contact information for a computer user. Address books allow easy access to the user's friends, family, business associates and others by maintaining their email and other contact details on their computer. Address books can be software based, or accessed online or through a network. Users may also be able to export contacts from their address books to mobile phones, PDAs and other portable electronic devices. An address book may be part of a personal information manager, which combines an address book, calendar, task list and other features. Below steps will help you keep save your records in SpanMyLife platform. In SpanMyLife Address Book you can easily keep save your address details, thats make your daily life smooth like a online notebook.

Step 1:

Login to SpanMyLife platform using your login email. On successful login, you will get your SpanMyLife home page which looks as below.

Step 2:

Click on MyTask on left side nav bar. It will show all task management options.Please follow the serene below.

Step 3:

Click the Address Book option on above screen. It will load Address book Page. Please refer below screen.

Step 4:

To add a new record in address book, fill up all the fields on the right side add section.

Step 5:

You can share your saved address to your friends or colleague via multiple share option like sms and email.
